Privacy Policy

1. What this app does

This is a personal, single-user desktop application (Hermes Agent) that accesses Google Workspace APIs — Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Sheets, and Docs — to help the owner automate their own workflows from a local terminal. It is not a public or multi-user service.

2. Data access

The app requests access to the following Google services on behalf of the authenticated user (the owner):

• Gmail — read, send, and organize the owner's email
• Calendar — read, create, and modify the owner's events
• Drive — read and manage the owner's files
• Contacts — read the owner's contact list
• Sheets — read and modify the owner's spreadsheets
• Documents — read and modify the owner's documents

3. How data is used

All data accessed through Google APIs is used exclusively on the owner's local machine to perform the tasks the owner requests. No data is transmitted to third parties, stored on external servers, or shared with anyone. The app does not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, or any telemetry.

4. Data storage

Authentication tokens are stored locally on the owner's machine. No user content from Google services is stored persistently by the app beyond what is needed to complete an in-progress task.

5. Contact

This is a personal-use application with no public support channel. The owner manages the app directly through their Google Cloud Console project.
